In case of damaged packages

MAKE A RESERVATION TO THE CARRIER

Make reservations on the carrier's slip, specifying :

-- Condition of the pallet, of the parcel

-- Delivery receipt date -- Delivery note number

-- Number of packages, reference and quantity

of the damaged or missing product(s).

THESE RESERVATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY FAX OR E-MAIL.

WITHIN 48 WORKING HOURS (EXCLUDING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY)

WITH ALL THE DETAILS MENTIONED ABOVE

In case of a defective product

PRODUCT QUALITY PROBLEM, MARKING, DEFECTIVE PRODUCT,

BY SPECIFYING YOUR CUSTOMER NUMBER AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER
